Only real, generally back-and-forth chatting generates Pokemon! Spamming the chat with repeated lines from one person will not reliably generate pokemon, nor is there a spawn command or anything of the sort! Most people forget, but Pokecord was designed to encourage chatting on a Discord server. The best way to spawn pokemon is (shock and horror) a lot of people having a real conversation and talking back and forth! Yes, that’s what PokeCord was originally designed to encourage! This means no chatting, no pokemon, ever! There are also anti-spam features that limit how often one person can spawn a pokemon: one person spamming over and over still won’t spawn Pokemon. In PokeTwo, every time someone posts a regular chat message there is a chance of a Pokemon spawning in response. If you played Pokecord, you’re basically up to speed already. Guide should have all commands in the current release of Poketwo. Added more explicit info about how Pokemon spawn in Pokecord (stop spamming! It doesn’t work!) Also added info on p! shinyhunt : PokeTwo has a p!Market feature now! It’s caught up 100% with Pokecord now more or less. tl dr: ignore the DM just use the commands in the channel : Added more information on the (terrible) p!battle command. : Battles were updated! They still appear to be broken but…now they’re updated. Use p!time to find the time for timed evolutions/pokemon. Common questions: Use p!pokedex to learn specific pokemon’s evolution requirements. This is very common for Pokemon discord bots and there is nothing you should or can do about it but wait.
: Added some new commands that were added to the bot since the last update PokeTwo’s spawn rates seem drastically lowered after it was offline for a week. Spawns (but no other pictures) will have funny poorly drawn images, and you may get a fake shiny message. This is cosmetic only and will probably end April 2nd. All pokemon art in spawns is replaced with poor hand drawings. : Fun’s over, PokeTwo’s april fools graphics are gone.
